Refund Policy

*All sales are final. Refunds will NOT be issued once a service has been completed and/or once an order has been processed. If you would like to cancel a physical order, you can email seagoatspirit@gmail.com within 24 hours of ordering, though cancellation cannot be guaranteed.*

 

*Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted due to the nature of our products, and for hygiene reasons.*

 

*If a product arrives damaged, you must send an email within 72 hours of delivery (with proof) to seagoatspirit@gmail.com, in order for us to assist you.*

 

*Sea Goat Spirit LLC is NOT responsible for reimbursing lost packages, nor packages that were delivered to the wrong address due to customer error when inputting information at checkout. In the case of a lost package, please contact USPS and file a missing claim.*

 

*If a package was shipped to the wrong address due to customer error - You must pay a reshipment fee in order to still receive your package.*
