Shadow Work Reading

What is shadow work?

The shadow work meaning is as follows:

"Working with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself. This can include trauma or parts of your personality that you subconsciously consider undesirable."

This is a voice recorded reading, sent by email with a voice memo attachment included. This is NOT a question based reading, however, if you have any details you would like me to know about you prior to doing your reading, you are welcome and encouraged to include them while filling out the booking form. 

In this reading, we will be taking a look at your "shadow self" (low vibrational traits that tend to hold you back at this time in life). This includes the ways that you may be toxic towards yourself and the ways that you may be toxic towards others. The root of your shadow will also be acknowledged, so that you can achieve a better understanding of WHY you have certain unhealthy tendencies. As some of these topics can be quite triggering and heavy to some individuals, please only book this service if you are ready to reflect on potentially sensitive subjects.

After gaining a sense of understanding around your shadow, we will discuss what can be done to put more emphasis on your healing, and where to go from there. This will be discussed in a caring, loving, and respectful manner. This reading can be up to 25 minutes, depending on what messages come through and how much is revealed. A brief and intuitive message of guidance from Spirit will also be given as it pertains to your reading.
